Had another fun day at the doctors yesterday. I almost forgot the appt. altogther until Katie reminded me. Having an earache really messes me up. i'm off balance , grumpy and can't think straight.
Woke up to a nice loud thunderstorm, funny thing was is it woke me up through the baby monitor in Lai's room. Luckily she slept through it. we got up and had breakfast and played with her weebles for a couple of hours she also got to watch Dora the explorer and Boohbah. all this fun did not put her in the mood to go anywhere. so i fought her to get her shoes and stuff on, and get her packed safely and still dry into the Jeep. i of course was thouroughly soaked at his point, but hey you have to do what you have to do.
we arrived at the doctors, a little early as i always try to do, and they were out to lunch until 1. so we had to sit and wait. finally we were able to go in and see the doctor. she is well and healthy. her development is ahead of schedule, proving i'm going to be in trouble when she is able to outsmart me..lol i don't think that will take to long...
she had 4 shots which did not make her happy at all. but she did get an orange lollipop afterwards. it was her first to my knowledge. she wasnt interested at first so i started to suck on it, and this of course gets her attention, once she tried it i couldnt get it out of her hands to save our lives.
we headed back to mommie's house and i left to go help my dad with his FFxi stuff. tried to get to bed early as i'm not feeling to well because of the ear. maybe i can take a half day tomm...
